Gratitude, Growth, and What’s Next

As 2024 winds down, this will be my last post for the year. We pause—not just from posting, but to reflect, recharge, and appreciate the journey we’ve been on with our clients, team, and supporters. We will be back strong in January with some notable improvements.

At Members' Wealth, this year was about growth and clarity:

Wins We’re Celebrating:

  • Growth in assets under management, clients, and our team.
  • Greater consistency in communication—showing up for you more clearly and intentionally.
  • Signed a lease for a permanent office space that truly reflects who we are and who we serve. We cannot wait to have everyone in the new office in 2025.
  • Expanded our network and social media presence to connect with like-minded individuals.
  • Kicked off internal leadership meetings that challenged us to be better every day.
  • Narrowed our focus to serve those who are ready to offload financial complexity and step into personal growth, in business, life, and/or retirement.
  • Set our 5-Year Vision, 1-Year Goals, and 12-Week Priorities—because we believe clarity drives action.

We also committed to going deeper. This year, books like Traction, Atomic Habits, The One Thing, Mastery, 10x Is Easier Than 2x, and John Maxwell's leadership lessons shaped us. Instead of reading once and moving on, we studied their messages, applied them, and repeated the process. Learning. Doing. Growing.

We also faced challenges—wins often come with losses, and growth means failing fast, adjusting, and moving forward.

A Preview of 2025
In the new year, we’re excited to expand our regular insights with the written help from our growing team:

  • Marie Feindt, JD – A trusted legal expert whose practical wisdom clarifies estate planning and wealth preservation will write twice a month on estate topics that are most relevant to our clients.
  • Stu Caplan, Senior Wealth Strategist – A leader in financial strategy, helping clients navigate investments, cash flow, tax efficiency, and risk management will contribute twice a month on a variety of topics that will complement Marie's and my posts.

Together, we’ll share more stories and lessons—real-life examples of estate planning, financial strategies, and the practical guidance our clients need to preserve, grow, and enjoy their wealth.

The Investment team has also been working hard on performing due diligence on a number of new ideas that we will introduce to clients during the first quarter that we expect to improve your portfolio outcomes.

All in a great year. From new clients, referrals from existing clients, and the market's good graces, we have been able to double our size in one year. Not sure that can happen every year, though it won’t stop us from trying. However, rest assured that we seek not to grow for growth's sake, but rather to create an incredibly strong firm, where Service Excellence always comes first.

Why We Pause at Year-End
We believe in leading by example. Taking time to reflect and recharge ensures we show up for you with the energy, focus, and clarity you deserve.

A Note of Gratitude
To our clients, team, families, and community: Thank you. Whether you’ve been with us for years or just connected, we’re grateful for your trust and partnership.

We’re not just building wealth—we’re building relationships and bringing clarity to your financial life so you can focus on what matters most.

Here’s to a meaningful 2025—we’re just getting started.

Better Every Day.
