Job Description

Members’ Wealth is seeking an Advisor. The Advisor is responsible for the management of client/family relationships. The Advisor is responsible for a comprehensive client experience utilizing a full-service suite offering with the goal to preserve and growth client wealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, prospects:
  • An entrepreneurial approach of building a business with the support of our financial professionals.
  • Ability to deliver a great client experience by effectively arranging internal and external resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution including but not exclusive to investments, tax, trust and estate.
  • Drive business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
  • Strong wealth management acumen by understanding public and private markets, portfolio construction and management, goals-based planning, and estate, tax and philanthropic planning considerations.
  • Utilize technology and resources to meet business deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate information that is presented to prospects and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; CFP, CPA, JD, MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management in a relationship management/business development role
  • Trained in financial planning, asset allocation and investments.
  • Demonstrated track record of success and strong business acumen.
  • Developed community network and established presence.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and engaged listening.
  • Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excels in a high-performance culture with accountability and high client centricity.
  • Series 65 license required.

Members’ Wealth is a boutique, employee-owned, service-first wealth management firm dedicated to helping families, professionals, and business owners optimize their financial lives. We are seeking a Marketing & Content Strategy Coordinator to streamline our marketing efforts, integrate sales automation tools, curate/create high-quality content, and manage digital distribution.

This part-time, in-person role has strong potential to grow into a full-time position. Remote applicants and external freelancers will not be considered.

🔹 Role Overview:

The Marketing & Content Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for:

Marketing automation & CRM optimization (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
✅ Content creation, scheduling, and distribution (social media, email, blog, podcast).
✅ Video & light multimedia production for digital engagement.
✅ Sales & marketing campaign execution, including PowerPoint presentations and direct mail.
✅ Community engagement, managing online and in-person events.

This is a hands-on role that bridges marketing, content, and business development. You will work closely with leadership to create impactful content and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students graduating in the classes of 2026, 2027, and 2028 to join us at Members' Wealth for an exciting summer of learning, growth, and hands-on experience.

Our internship program in Media, PA, is designed to provide students with meaningful opportunities to contribute to real projects, develop their skills, and gain valuable insights into their chosen career paths. 

Internship Overview: 

As an intern at Members' Wealth, you will: 

  • Work on Real Projects: Contribute to ongoing projects that impact our business and gain hands-on experience in your field.

  • Passion for wealth management and helping others. 
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. 
  • Proficiency in excel is desired.
